Hi there, Kathryn! (also how I spell my own little girl's name :-) I just had to let you know how much I'm enjoying your white chocolate toffee w/cashews this morning! I'm working in the Outpatient Pavilion at Union Regional Medical Center all alone this morning (Saturday's are slow, lol) and in my quest for some "snackage" came across an almost empty box of your yummy candy, and let me tell you...I'm sure glad I did!
Having woke up late this morning, and ran out the door with no breakfast, this is quite an unexpected treat! I think the girls on the week-day shift must have had a party yesterday afternoon, because I've found some other cookie, chip, etc. remnants but none as appetizing as yours! I looked on the bottom of the box to find out where the candy was from and saw your web-site sticker there. I can assure you, I'll be purchasing candy very soon! This will make a most excellent gift for my Daddy (who, by the way "hates" sweets, but hides candy bars under his recliner :D ) I only wish I'd known earlier so I could have ordered some for him for Father's Day, but...I know now, and that's what counts! Being infrequent visitors to the Market, today was our first exposure to Honeybyrd. We brought home a bag of sugar-free goodies that has us smacking.
I received your butter-crunch toffee as a gift for the holidays from our friends Paul and Diane. I think it was the best I have ever had. I came on line to order some more. I will be ready for it in March. I have about 6 bites left, I will have to make them last :)

I LOVE your candy!!! It is incomparable to others and I've sent it to my family members for years at Christmas time. My sister-in-law had told me she really doesn't like Toffee. That was UNTIL she tried yours. Now she says she LOVES Toffee!! I can tell it's made with love and care by just tasting it. I miss you guys at the Farmer's Market, but I'm glad you are back in business!! My order was just sent for Christmas..............I just hope I don't eat it all before it goes out. Hee hee!

Hi guys! In the past I have ordered your candy in smaller containers and given them as gifts to all in my office - the price was about $8-9/package. You may not be doing this in small quantities this year, but I wanted to ask. I guess I can buy the larger quantities and split it out, but your containers were so pretty.

Toffee is my very favorite sweet. I first tried Honey Byrd toffee at the Farmers Market in Charlotte. I tried several of the flavors, but coconut is my all time favorite.
However, every flavor I have tried is delicious. I would recommend this brand to anyone. I have tried brands from all over, some very expensive, and Honey Byrd is some of the best I have had.

Honeybyrd Sweets was one of the original Chocolatiers at The Chocolate Ball, a fundraiser of Substance Abuse Prevention Services (SAPS). The gala event was offered for four years with Honeybyrd as a major partner. Guests called months later, asking, Who made the toffee? Its the best candy Ive ever had. Their candy was a huge component of our successful events. The generosity and willingness to help was another unique gift Howard and Kathryn offered SAPS. The hours of preparation required for the 150 pounds of chocolate candy were enormous. We love Honeybyrd and continue to give gifts of candy to our employees, friends and families. Its a local treasure.

Honeybyrd Sweets is a special candy. I have enjoyed it for years and have a hard time deciding which flavor I like best. It has also become my aunts favorite candy ever since she came to visit and tried it. I send several varieties every Christmas and her family gobbles it up. They tell me "they must put something in this that makes it addictive because we can't stop eating it once we open the package". A special candy made by special people.
